Project overview

We commenced refurbishment works in January 1980. The overall work repairing of ceiling joist, floor joist, floor boar, door frames, doors, locks, architraves, skirting and windows.

Some windows were replaced and doors were also replaced keeping in mind security and fine rules and regulations. Phase two started mid 1982 and at one point we had 150 carpenters on site.
